III. Why Become An Archer?
===========================================================
============================================

Archers may seem weak at first, but later on, they become one of the
strongest classes in the
game! Since archers get critical hits in their first job, we can go
directly into mastering [Bow Mastery] while assassins are mastering their
crits. Also, we have the
farthest range and best accuracy out of everyone else! We
have a decent amount of HP and MP throughout the game so you dont die a lot
and wont have
to go the the potion shop every five minutes for MP Potions.

Here's A Little Pros & Cons For Archers =P

Pros ::

Longest Range
Decent And Balanced HP and MP
You Get A Mob Skill Right When You Hit Second Job
Awesome Equips At Levels 35+
One of The Strongest Classes In The Entire Game After The Level 40's
Great Minimum And Maximum Damage
Soul Arrow Allows You To Not Have To Carry Arrows

Cons ::

NO PARTY SKILLS
Can't Jump Shot Unless You Press Attack And Jump At The Same Time (Gets A
Little Tiring)
One of The Classes w/ The Most Unstable Damage In The Whole Game
60% Bow Scrolls Give Accuracy - Not Dex
Bronze / Steel Arrows Don't Affect Soul Arrow

===========================================================
============================================
IV. Making Your Character & Rolling Your Stat Points
===========================================================
============================================

After setting up your account, inserting the verification code, and
downloading Maple Story,
you're all set! Log on, set your pin code, and click the
[Create Character] sign / button. Feel free to make it however you wish it
to look like.
After choosing your weapon of choice and look, choose your name,
but make sure it's not taken. After that, click the RED die and make sure
the status points read
as the following::

Str : Anything
Dex : Anything
Int : 4 / 5 (Not 6)
Luk : 4 / 5 (Not 6)

Although this may take a while, it will benefit your Maple Story character.

===========================================================
============================================
V. Training Spots - Lvl's 1 to 10
===========================================================
============================================

All I have to say for this is, DO NOT GO TO VICTORIA ISLAND BEFORE LEVEL
10!! I always
choose to do this because on Victoria, there are WAY too many
KSers (Kill Stealers) and tougher monsters. Also, I suggest you train on
green snails because of
their okay EXP, low HP, speed, and size. Oh yeah, make
sure to do most of the quests from the NPC's because it saves you about 15
minutes of training.

Once you're level 10, head over to South Perry (Follow The Signs =P) and
head over to Victoria
Island where your adventure starts =D!!~

===========================================================
============================================
VI. First Job Advancement & Skill Distribution [First Job]
===========================================================
============================================

If you have enough money, talk to Phil and choose the option [Please Take Me
Somewhere
Else.] and choose to head out to HENESYS. Next, head over to
the right until you see an old man named Chief Stan and head into the portal
to the right of
him. Go right and go into the building with a clock near the top
(Or to the right of Pia). Talk to the women behind the counter, a.k.a.
Athena Pierce, and
VOILA~ You're an archer =D!~ (CONGRADULATIONS o.0).
